Attention Pro Wrestlers! Come take a working vacation!

Send your resume and a non-returnable videotape to the following address:

Caribbean Championship Wrestling
7
322 Poplar Court
Falls Church, Virginia 22042
U.S.A.

Thank you for your interest in working with Caribbean Championship Wrestling. This page will give you an overview of what we are looking for on the island of Jamaica in 2004. First and foremost, we book only seasoned wrestlers who know how to teach classes and workshops to novices and freshman wrestlers. In order to be considered by CCW, you must have a minimum of three years experience in the business, and have taught classes at a nationally recognized wrestling school or have conducted wrestling workshops for a nationally recognized promotion.

Caribbean Championship Wrestling books 10 day working vacations for qualified wrestlers. Round-trip airfare from many international cities, and accommodations are provided. The trip will encompass live shows (which are taped for television), wrestling workshops to supplement our own training programs, and plenty of rest and relaxation.

Your schedule would look something like this;

Thursday - morning arrival
Friday - day off, evening wrestling workshop (7 PM - 10 PM)
Saturday - day match, AND evening match
Sunday - day off, evening match
Monday - off
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - day off, evening wrestling workshop (7 PM – 10 PM)
Thursday - day off, evening wrestling workshop (7 PM - 10 PM)
Friday - day off, evening wrestling workshop (7 PM - 10 PM)
Saturday - day match, AND evening match
Sunday - day off, evening match
Monday - morning departure

That’s 4 workshops and 6 matches in 10 days. But you’ll have lots of time to enjoy the beauty of our country.

Caribbean Championship Wrestling pays qualified wrestlers between $1,500 - $2,500 (U.S. funds) for a 10 day trip to the islands. However, rate of pay depends largely on teaching experience, and of course professional reputation. If you kick ass, the next time you come down, we may go higher.

You must be over 18 years of age, and weigh over 175 pounds to be considered. CCW does not pay your food, beverage, or entertainment expenses during your stay. We apply for and retain the necessary immigration permits so you may work in Jamaica. Special consideration is given to wrestlers who commit to 3-4 trips a year, and who work as characters we create, instead of their own established wrestling identities. We require a written contract. Fifty percent of payment and airfare ticket are sent to you in advance, once your contract is finalized.
